As mothers, it’s our job to create that feeling of home. We build the daily rhythms and sweet memories that define childhood. We usher our children through the seasons in our homes and look back on them with a deep sense of gratitude and nostalgia. We miss the familiarity of certain seasons and rhythms as our children grow.
My favorite moments:
My favorite moments to capture are usually ones when you're not looking at the camera. They are belly laughs from monster tickles. They are hunting for the perfect stick. They are cuddling on the couch together on a lazy weekend morning. They are the small, sacred, in-between moments that you'll always want to remember.
Hunting for sticks, smelling the flowers, or taking time to let them do their favorite activity, I love carving out time in our session to just let your kids be kids. This is what you'll want to remember most 5, 10, 20 years from now.
Locations that reflect your family and the season you're in now - Home or downtown on the National Mall. Let's pick a place that best represents the season you and your family find yourself in.
I am honored when a family comes to me year after year asking me to document their growing littles. They don't keep and I am honored to give you these keepsake memories.
